Mindy Bish made the best decision of her life when she decided to attend law school in her thirties. She has been practicing law since being licensed in 1993, and specifically been fighting for injured people since 1995. She has always strongly believed that injured people should be awarded fair compensation both for their medical bills, but also their pain and suffering. This belief was strengthened when Mindy suffered from her own collision, when driving 50 miles per hour on the highway, she was struck by a semi-truck. This led to multiple surgeries and an even stronger conviction to helping clients after being on the other side of a lawsuit.
Mindy has devoted her life to the practice of law, staying up to date on the new ways of practicing and how she can assist clients. She has graduated from the Trial Lawyer’s College and is co-dean of the Keenan Trial Institute and is qualified to teach seven of their twelve available courses. Mindy also monitors a California Listserve for trial attorneys, as well as a national one.
Stacey Cutting is an associate at Bish Law, dedicated to helping clients to recover from their catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Stacey attended law school at the University of La Verne, and graduated at the top of her class. Since she began practicing in 2009, she has only ever represented injured plaintiffs, taking bold yet measured actions to root out those who violate the safety rules that protect us all.
Stacey has taken successful approaches to personal injury cases by always advocating for what’s best for her client, and never backing down. She is a faculty member at the Keenan Trial Institute, specializing in teaching other attorneys about taking meaningful depositions to help move their clients’ cases forward.
Tim Vrastil a former Executive Officer on a Green Beret “A” Team who has come to the Plaintiff side of personal injury after working for the defense for 35 years. He began law school while working as an aircraft mechanic before going on to be a Claims Attorney for the Association Aviation Underwriters, where he supervised litigation of aircraft related lawsuits. Following his departure from the AAU, he began working for a series of defense firms in regards to personal injury cases, and he refined his skills as house counsel while at Childers and Dickenson. After refining his skills, he began to practice defense work as a solo practitioner. In 2015, he met Mindy Bish, who encouraged him to look at the Plaintiff side of cases, and he has been a Plaintiff attorney ever since.
Tim has a unique perspective due to his previous experience as a defense attorney, which he uses as Bish Law to fight for injured Plaintiffs. He is currently engaged with the Keenan Trial Institute, where he is learning more and more about how to fight for those who have been injured at the hands of others. Tim has since opened a Bish Law office in El Segundo, where he currently practices on behalf of injured staff.
